EuCIA recently participated in a meeting with the European Commission as part of a cross-sectoral group representing the entire composites value chain. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss strategies for recycling end-of-life composite materials and advancing circular solutions. EuCIA will continue to collaborate with all stakeholders to build a regulatory framework which supports the sustainable growth of the European composites industry.
EuCIA’s Sustainability Working Group is also composing a position statement regarding the proposed update to the End-of-Life Vehicles (ELV) Directive.
