RECOMP 2023, organised by Composites UK, provides an overview of the latest developments in composites reuse, repurposing and recycling in the UK.
After the success of its second RECOMP conference last year and with composites repurposing and recycling activity growing and accelerating in the UK and beyond, Composites UK has decided to make RECOMP an annual event. This year it will again be held at the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC) in Rotherham and will provide updates on processes and activities now being scaled-up and commercialised in the UK.
Jaap van der Woude, Chairman of EuCIA’s Sustainability Working Group, is speaking at the conference. His presentation will explore European perspectives – What does composites circularity mean for our industry?
The programme also includes presentations from B&M Longworth, Gen2Carbon, Suez, Strathclyde University, and Gen2Plank.
